Nose tip aesthetics with fillers is not a permanent solution. The filler materials used in this procedure generally maintain their effect for about 8 to 12 months. The duration depends on factors such as the patient’s skin structure, lifestyle, and adherence to the doctor’s recommendations. Additionally, the type of filler used is also important. When the filling procedure is repeated, the effect of the filler may last longer than the first application. The effects of this procedure, which is performed without surgery, can be seen immediately afterward. It usually takes about 10 to 15 days for the filler to fully settle in the skin and take its final shape. Therefore, the permanence of this aesthetic application is limited.

Nose tip aesthetics is performed to address aesthetic or functional problems related to the shape, size, or symmetry of the nose tip. It is generally preferred in cases where the nose tip is droopy, wide, asymmetrical, or prominent. This procedure can also be performed to correct breathing problems.

Nose tip aesthetics with fillers is usually performed on individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age limit is necessary for the complete development of the nose and face. However, in certain cases, based on a doctor’s evaluation, it can be done at an earlier age.

Like any surgical procedure, nose tip aesthetics may involve some risks. Infection, bleeding, swelling, bruising, and, in rare cases, undesired outcomes are among these risks. When performed by an experienced surgeon, these risks can be minimized.

Patients with sinusitis can generally undergo nose tip aesthetics. However, if there is an active sinusitis infection, it must be treated first. A detailed examination and evaluation should be carried out prior to the operation.
